SUBMISSION SPECIFICS from their
guidelines:
“We do consider any project that fits into the style of our
magazine….Some of the main criteria that we are looking for in projects
for publication include:
- Quick and easy projects that generally take less than 5 hours to
complete.
- Projects that are made from a limited amount of items that can
be easily located at retail stores. Extensive material lists are
discouraging for crafters.
- Projects that have wide appeal or follow the most recent
trends.”
SUBMISSION PACKAGES MUST INCLUDE:
1. Photo of the item(s).
2. Complete typed instructions, including the address, phone number,
and website of each source listed.
3. Your U.S. and e-mail addresses.
4. Both daytime and evening phone numbers.
5. A self-addressed, stamped envelope for a reply to your
submission.
For e-mail submissions, please include instructions as well as a
digital photo (we are only able to read bitmap files). We will respond

"Be sure to write your instructions in a detailed manner, as if you
were teaching a class. Use a current issue as a guide. Be sure to
include the following:
- time it takes to complete the project;
- complete list of materials used (include: brand names and ® or ™
as provided on packaging.)
- all steps taken to complete the project;
- all patterns needed;
- any illustrations that may make the instructions more clear.
(Note: If drawing a cross-stitch or needlepoint chart, draw one
symbol for each color, using a black grid and black ink. DO NOT
color in chart squares.)"

Tools & Supplies. Includes four steps. Mostly gluing and cutting paper.
Uses stickers, ribbon, hemp cord, glue guns – basic craft and
scrapbooking supplies.
